5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods:

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Shipping Limitations:

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and sustainability reasons, the following items are final sale unless damaged or defective:

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange:

Refunds:
