Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully handpick, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Each item is lovingly inspected to ensure it meets our high quality standards before it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it has shipped.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it has shipped.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
In alignment with our values of hygiene and responsibility, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

The Returns Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

- Prepare Your Package: Once authorized, carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the box.

For your protection, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the original item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

If you choose this sustainable option, contact us—we may be able to offer a partial store credit as a thank you for helping us minimize our environmental impact.
Damaged or Defective Items
