Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Bathrobes
- Beach Towels
- Bedding + Bath items
- Activewear + Athleisure
- Baby Gifts (unless unopened and in original packaging)
The Returns Process
1 Request Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for return in your message.
2 Prepare Your Return
Once your return is authorized, carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after processing, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the original item has been received and inspected.
